Originally built for two households in 43 and 45 Gold Street, this building has now been converted for us of a single household.

In addition, in the later 19th century, there was a very small dwelling squeezed between this house and Yew Tree Terrace to the south.  This was known as Honeymoon Cottage.  It has now been incorporated into Chapel House.
