No name, but by a bit of backward deduction almost certainly William’s father THOMAS HIGGINS (1816-1880) of Stocking Green Farm from at least 1841.
Reasoning: Image 15 is known to be a young William Slade Higgins. Images 9, 15 and 18 all tally as to photographer and date taken (going by dress style) and were presumably family members - father, son and daughter - taken on same visit.

Dress style: 1865 to 70
