Peach View seems to have been built between 1891 and 1901.  For many year before that there was a bakery on this site run by the Goodman family (John in 1818, later his son William, daughter Patty Baines, and granson Henry.

Peach View is the terrace of four houses behind the boy. 19 Gold Street is the house at the far end.

Beyond Peach View is the Black Bull, the sign of which is clearly visible.
